Key Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum one year of Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) experience preferred Current BLS certification Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to thrive in dynamic environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective care to medical-surgical patients Monitor and assess patient progress, reporting changes promptly Administer medications and treatments as ordered Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans Educate patients and families on ongoing care and recovery Uphold infection control and safety standards
