ASC/OBL Registered Nurse

Job Description:

Provides safe, high-quality patient care in the Peri-Operative area (Preop, Recovery, or OR). Accountable for the assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge.

Education/Certification/Licensure:

1. Maintains current State of Maryland licensure. 2. Maintains

ACLS/BLS

certification. 3. Sedation expreience required.

Experience:

1. Two years of Pre/Post-Operative or Operating Room experience, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center setting. 2. Two years of critical care experience preferred.

Skills:

1. Ability to apply and modify the principles, methods, and techniques of professional nursing to provide ongoing patient care. 2. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions. 4. Ability to develop and maintain department quality assurance.

Pay:

$50.00 per hour
