- Home Health Job Title ed Nurse
- Home Health Location Owings Mills, MD Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM | Multiple schedule options available: Friday-Tuesday, Saturday-Wednesday, or Thursday-Monday Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled home health nursing care to a geriatric patient population across Baltimore County
- Conduct an expected volume of approximately 6 patient visits per day
- Meet a productivity expectation of 30 points per week
- Complete OASIS documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN license or compact RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of home health nursing experience
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with geriatric patient populations in a home health setting
