Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have experience in various medical settings. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well-being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care. Duties Assess and monitor patient health status by conducting thorough physical examinations and obtaining medical histories. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management, treatment options, and preventive care Support patients with disabilities by adapting care plans to meet their unique needs. Deliver compassionate care to toddlers and children during examinations and treatments. Skills Proficient in patient care techniques with a focus on empathy and communication. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in high-pressure situations. Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
