You'll collaborate with our Center Physician and Manager , monitor donor reactions, conduct exams, and ensure every donor leaves feeling safe and cared for. And the best part? What You'll Do Conduct medical history reviews, physical exams, and blood testing to determine donor eligibility Monitor and manage donor reactions and medical incidents with skill and compassion Partner with the Center Physician and Center Manager to ensure top-quality care What You Bring BSN required Active RN license in the state of employment CPR/AED certification and IV therapy skills (per state requirements) Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and dedication to donor safety and care Why You'll Love Working Here At BioLife, you'll find purpose, stability, and growth .
