What You'll Do:
Provide skilled nursing services to the patient in their own home under the direction of a physician's plan of care. Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes in collaboration with the patient/family. Provide education and promote patient's rights and responsibilities for informed decision making in the plan of care. Assess and identify the patient's holistic health care needs. Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills. Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management.
What You'll Bring:
Current R.N. license in the State of Maine. ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing is encouraged. Current CPR card required. One year of recent clinical nursing experience is required. A reliable car with insurance. Come see what we do with a ride-along or job shadow!
