Desired Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license Previous Operating Room (OR) nursing experience required Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-stakes environments Effective communication skills with both interdisciplinary teams and patients BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery Maintain sterile environment and manage OR supplies and equipment Document patient care accurately and promptly per facility protocols Advocate for patient safety and support excellent health outcomes Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to deliver optimal care
