Desired Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent Med-Surg nursing experience (travel experience is a plus) BLS certification (additional ACLS preferred) Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Experience with electronic medical records systems
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a Med-Surg setting Monitor, assess, and record patient vital signs and health progress Carry out physician orders, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation Educate patients and families, coordinating care plans and discharge processes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement best-practice standards Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
