AM Experience:
12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit experience with 6 months worked in the last 12 months. Experience with Cerner is required. Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 2 years or 3 years of Tele.
  • Telemetry, post-op cath care, cardiac drips with titration, management of dysrhythmias, interpretation of dysrhythmias.
Unit Details:
  • MS/Tele
  • Card/Pulm unit.
  • Common diagnosis/treatment: stroke, CHF, A-fib, arrhythmias, cardiac caths/stents and med-surg.
  • Equipment includes Sigma Spectrum IV pumps, ceiling Hoyer lift, portable Hoyer lift, portable cardiac monitoring, defib x2 when transporting, and EKG machine.
  • Uses Omnicell.
Shift & Scheduling:
  • Every other weekend required.
  • Call requirements: None.
Floating Requirements:
  • Yes, all except M3; helping hands in ER.
7 days maximum time off 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years Proof of identification required for submission
