What You'll Do:

Provide skilled nursing services to the patient in their own home under the direction of a physician's plan of care. Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes in collaboration with the patient/family. Provide education and promote patient's rights and responsibilities for informed decision-making in the plan of care. Assess and identify the patient's holistic health care needs. Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills. Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management.

What You'll Bring:

Current R.N. license in the State of Maine. ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing is encouraged. Current CPR card required.
