PM Rate:
$1,972 per 40 hours (local) Required qualifications Active Registered Nurse license for state of practice BSN or higher Previous nursing leadership experience (preferably Director of Nursing) BLS certification Key responsibilities Lead and mentor nursing staff; foster a collaborative, professional work environment Oversee and coordinate patient care in accordance with facility protocols Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Maintain regulatory compliance, infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance Manage nursing department budget and resource allocation Advocate for patient needs and address patient/family concerns promptly
