Position Summary:
Our Client is seeking a compassionate RN LTC with the ability to remain calm under pressure. RN LTC provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Assesses residents' health status, administers medications and treatments, and develops individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess residents' health and monitor vital signs. Administer medications and treatments. Coordinate with the healthcare team and families. Maintain patient records and follow care policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Experience BLS from
AHA. COVID
card or Medical / Religious Exemption. Active RN State license
