Desired Qualifications:
Valid, unencumbered RN license with multi-state privileges preferred Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) setting Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems Effective communication and teamwork abilities Current BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical unit Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and facilitate physician-ordered treatments Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care Accurately document assessments and interventions
