Key Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing Electrophysiology (EP) experience required BLS and ACLS certification Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Collaborative approach with ability to work independently as needed Excellent patient communication and documentation ability
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional EP procedures Perform pre- and post-procedure assessments, monitoring, and education Document care thoroughly according to facility policies Respond to emergencies and changes in patient status swiftly Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
