Schedule/Hours:

12-hour shifts: 0645-1915 or 1845-0715 36 guaranteed hours per week Weekend and call shifts as needed (2 call shifts per 13-week contract for RNs)

Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license in ME Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Flexible to float between med surg units Experience working with Epic EMR highly beneficial Professional, team-oriented, and accountable

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to general Med Surg Telemetry patients Maintain patient ratios in a 56-bed unit (

RNs:

1:4-5 Days, 1:5-6 Nights) Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care Document assessments and interventions in Epic EMR Uphold infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times
