Job Description

What You'll Do As an RN at Ledgewood, you'll provide clinical leadership while delivering compassionate, person-centered care to our residents.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting LPNs and CNAs Assessing resident condition and responding to changes Administering medications and treatments Communicating with physicians, nurse practitioners, families, and interdisciplinary team members Developing and updating resident care plans Completing accurate clinical documentation Participating in admissions, transfers, and discharges Helping maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Creating a calm, respectful, home-like environment for residents What We're Looking For Current Maine RN license CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork Compassion for older adults Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Why Nurses Choose Ledgewood We know that great resident care starts with supporting great nurses.
