Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Travel Experience the charm of coastal Maine while advancing your nursing career with an engaging travel assignment in picturesque York. This travel opportunity immerses you in a dynamic Emergency Department setting, where you'll collaborate with dedicated healthcare professionals and develop your skills through exposure to diverse workplace practices. Schedule/Hours:
36 hours per week 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 pm - 7:30 am) Occasional coverage for 1:00 pm - 1:30 am shift as departmental needs arise No on-call requirement
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the State of Maine BLS and ACLS certifications required PALS certification highly preferred Previous charge RN and precepting experience necessary Background in high-acuity emergency care settings strongly valued
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional, compassionate care to patients with a variety of urgent health concerns Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes Take on leadership roles, including precepting new staff and serving as charge nurse as needed Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and adhere to established protocols
