Job Description

Full-time, Monday - Friday position available to provide nursing and case management services toadults who have a severe mental illness who are at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. Responsiblefor nursing assessments, referrals, medication monitoring, and education. Coordinates servicesfor persons within the program and other community services. QualificationsMinimum of an Associate's degree in nursing plus current Michigan RN license required. Musthave 1-3 years of professional experience in outpatient mental health or psychiatric nursing. Salary RangeStarting range of $61,835 - $74,191 446 dependent on status of credential and experience, plusexceptional fringes including employer sponsored training, pension, and insurance. $1,000 signingbonus!
