Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing emotional support to our residents and patients. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication, you will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and ongoing evaluations Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
