None Job Responsibilities Monitor patients using telemetry and advanced monitoring equipment Perform ongoing patient assessments and respond to condition changes Administer IV therapies, complex medications, and titrate drips Provide specialized care for post-surgical, cardiac, stroke, and ventilated patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop care plans Educate patients and families regarding treatments and discharge planning Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Requirements Minimum 2 years of RN Stepdown/Progressive Care experience Telemetry monitoring experience required Cerner EMR experience required Required Certifications & Licensure Active Michigan RN License BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA)
