Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Stepdown/Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Bay City, MI . The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry monitoring skills and experience caring for patients with complex medical and cardiac conditions.

Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/Progressive Care RN experience required Telemetry monitoring experience required Cerner experience required Active Michigan RN License required BLS (AHA) certification required ACLS (AHA) certification required

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation Experience administering IV therapies and complex medications Ability to assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition Experience caring for post-surgical, cardiac, stroke, and medically complex patients Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities Ability to provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and discharge care Strong documentation and organizational skills
