Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support What You'll Do Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry in a stepdown setting Perform assessments and implement targeted interventions Administer medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips as ordered Care for patients recovering from surgery, cardiac events, or with complex conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions Document nursing care and patient responses accurately and promptly What You Need Current Michigan RN license and BLS certification Minimum of 2 years' cardiac/stepdown nursing experience Strong assessment skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a reputable healthcare provider serving the Bay City community.
