Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel contract Flexible scheduling according to facility needs
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active RN license (State of Michigan or compact) Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Experience with cardiac and vascular surgical procedures is ideal
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub in cardiovascular operating room procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterile technique Monitor and document all aspects of patient care before, during, and after surgeries Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies in a high-acuity environment
