• The Orchards Michigan, located in Big Rapids, MI, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients.

Administer and record medications and treatments as required. Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments. Reinforce and provide healthcare instructions to patients and their families. Collaborate with team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities. Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients. Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition to the appropriate personnel. Record observations related to patients' responses to nursing care in patient charts. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients. Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of the unit as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• RN experience: 1 year (preferred) RN licensure (required)
