Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plan and physician orders Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and report to the interdisciplinary care team Collaborate with CNAs and other team members to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care Participate in care planning meetings, shift hand-offs, and quality assurance programs Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families

Qualifications:
