Faith Hospice Schedule:
Part-time | every Monday and Tuesday, 3pm - 11pm
Territory:
Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns Provide end of life visits Provide after-hours support and care -
Schedule:
every Monday and Tuesday, 3pm - 11pm (job share with another RN)
Location:
Grand Rapids, covering a 50-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids; Kent and Ottawa Counties and outskirts of surrounding
Counties Qualifications:
