• RN•Post Partum / Mother and Baby As a Mother/Baby nurse, also sometimes called a Postpartum RN, you'll be tasked with caring for both mother and child after birth has taken place.

Mother/Baby RNs carefully monitor both patients, providing care and watching for any post-birth complications that may arise. Mother/Baby RNs also help counsel new parents on the first steps of infant care prior to their release from the hospital.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help Travel nurses work for a limited amount of time at a particular location, providing patient care and support before moving on to their next exciting adventure.
