Role:

Responsibilities:

Evaluate Caregivers twice per calendar year

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care. Basic life support (BLS) certification required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
