Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment Adherence to a clear attendance policy is essentialQualifications:
Current RN license with experience in Stepdown or Cardiovascular Units Solid clinical judgment and critical thinking ability Strong communication and collaboration skills Flexibility to work rotating shifts and adapt to new environmentsResponsibilities:
Diagnose and treat patient responses to cardiac conditions and interventions (including PTCA, TAVR, stents, MitraClip, pacemakers) Provide post-op care for open heart patients (18-24 hours post-op) Care for patients with heart failure and electrophysiology needs Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, participate in national clinical trials, and uphold exacting standards of patient safetyBenefits & Perks:
