Nursery Support Staff

Mill Creek Farm Landscaping LLC is a growing landscape company that started in 1999 serving the Greater Grand Rapids area. We design, build and maintain residential and commercial spaces with a team of experienced landscape crew, which consists of a horticulturist, ground staff, carpenters, and landscape designers. The company also owns a wholesale grower of perennials, shrubs, groundcovers and ornamental grasses for the green industry

As a Nursery Support Staff, you will be assigned at Mill Creek Farm Perennial LLC and will be working with other support staff. Your duties and responsibilities also include potting/plugging plants, weeding, care of facility and equipment, trimming/pruning, organizing plants and supplies, transporting products, nursery maintenance and other related jobs. You will be directly reporting to the Nursery Manager. We are looking for someone who

• Can show up on time and be ready to work with a good attitude
• Is highly trainable, motivated & has the ability to listen and follow directions
• Can work outdoors in suboptimal conditions (ex. Extreme Heat, Cold, Wind, Rain)
• Has the ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality
