Schedule/Hours:
40 hours per week 8 hours per day Flexible block schedule: Five 8-hour, four 10-hour, or three 12-hour shifts—all starting at 6amOn-call:
48 hours per six-week schedule, including availability for 1 weekend per month Shift options: 6am-2:30pm, 6am-4:30pm, or 6am-6:30pmStart:

Active RN license in Michigan BLS Certification (current) Clinical experience in the OR and cardiac scrub required Strong background in nursing process, patient assessment, implementation, and evaluation Effective communicator with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Problem-solver with the ability to implement patient care solutionsKey Responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver high-quality, compassionate care in the CVOR Implement and document nursing care plans and educate patients and families Lead and supervise care within a fast-paced, complex surgical environment Communicate critical information promptly to the healthcare team Collaborate in the continuous improvement of patient outcomesBenefits & Travel Perks:
