Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum 2 years' current experience in CVOR or cardiovascular surgery settings BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Strong communication and collaborative abilities in a fast-paced surgical environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, effective nursing care to patients in the cardiovascular operating room Assist surgeons and surgical staff throughout all phases of cardiac procedures Monitor patients' conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes during pre-, intra-, and post-operative periods Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold infection prevention protocols Contribute as an engaged member of an interdisciplinary perioperative team
