Your Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to post-ICU patients requiring close monitoring Accurately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate specialized monitoring equipment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management Educate patients and families on health status, recovery processes, and care plans Meticulously document nursing assessments, interventions, and progress Respond rapidly to emergency situations and utilize critical thinking under pressure

Qualifications:

Active RN license (in good standing) Recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to interpret patient data BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid) Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and patient advocacy skills
