Pay:

72 Inpatient unit RN's scheduled every 3rd weekend

• Additional weekends worked paid 1 ½ times + 20% In Inpatient unit RN's scheduled 12 hour shifts. Anything over the scheduled shift or 36 for the week is time and a half
• Full-time status is 72 hours Cap on mandating
• inpatient unit RN cap is 8 hours per 2 consecutive pay periods Contractual staffing matrix with the possibility of incentive pay for exceeding nurse to patient ratios GN pay starting at $34.00 and increase to $42.62 upon licensure (increases in October) Qualifications

• External Required:

• 2 years of related formal education/training beyond high school required.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• BLS certification
• Completion of basic arrhythmia course within the orientation period on the unit
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 6 months of hire or transfer

Preferred:

• 6 months to 1 year of job related experience.
• Telemetry experience.
