Current, unencumbered RN license Prior Stepdown or progressive care nursing experience preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skillsBLS/ACLS
certification requiredKey Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing patient assessments and provide skilled nursing services per physician orders and best clinical practice Administer medications, perform treatments, educate patients and families, and assist with daily care, transfers, and alarms Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care plans, participating in updates and collaborative care planning Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare guidelines and hospital policies Act as a valuable resource, delegating and providing direction to support staffBenefits and Perks:
