Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Demonstrated experience supporting medically complex children, ideally in a 1:1 school setting Preferred but not required: Previous training or experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care Comfort and adaptability in riding school transportation alongside the student, with a flexible approach to changing schedules Strong communication skills and ability to respond calmly under pressure In this important role, your responsibilities will include: Delivering personalized, hands-on care to a medically complex student during transit to and from school and throughout the day as needed Monitoring and attending to the student's health status, including specialized medical interventions such as ventilator and tracheostomy care (training provided) Collaborating with school staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, consistent care Maintaining accurate records of observations and interventions Adapting to schedule variations depending on bus routes and school location
