Local Rate:
$3107 weekly gross 2 yrs Inpatient hospital case mgmt exp ONLY with BSN; if ASN 5+ yrs of exp req'd; CarePort exp req'd; no CM w dual UR; Caseloads of 20-25; must have exp with DC planning; NO outpatient CM exp.
