11am-9pm Hospice Admissions Nurse (RN) As a Hospice Admissions Nurse-RN (Registered Nurse) utilizes critical thinking skills to facilitate comprehensive nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care and regulatory requirements. Home healthcare/hospice experience preferred. Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a special emphasis on grief/loss management. Must have current Driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
