• 32 Hours Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to provide care in an inpatient behavioral health setting.

This role focuses on delivering patient-centered mental health care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting patients through recovery. Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans Provide direct nursing care in collaboration with physicians and care teams Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in mental and physical health Educate patients and families on treatment and aftercare planning Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff Supervise and support nursing assistants and staff Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives Requirements Active RN license (MI) Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred Knowledge of psychiatric/behavioral health nursing Strong communication, critical thinking, and crisis management skills Satisfactory previous clinical experience.
