Active RN license Experience in rehab or long-term care settings Knowledge of safe patient handling and infection control protocols Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to professional development and safety practicesKey Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive nursing assessments upon admission and develop individualized care plans Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve rehabilitation goals Participate actively in all phases of the patient rehabilitation process Maintain detailed, timely medical documentation and communicate changes in patient status Initiate discharge planning and education from day one Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to ancillary staff Ensure personal and environmental safety, adhering to all safety and infection control guidelines Foster a positive work environment and support team building on the unit Identify and pursue opportunities for ongoing professional developmentBenefits and Perks:
