Scheduling & Hours:
Rotating shifts and potential call requirements (specifics provided upon interview) Flexible scheduling for optimal work-life balance
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Michigan (or compact eligibility) Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a CVOR setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical procedures and aseptic technique Effective communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide perioperative care to cardiovascular surgical patients Scrub and circulate during complex open-heart and vascular procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the CVOR Document patient care accurately and promptly
