Qualifications & Experience:

Current, active RN license Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program Recent experience (1+ years) in medical-surgical nursing Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills Excellent critical thinking, communication, and collaboration abilities

Schedule:

Full-time contract position (hours and shifts to be discussed during interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor and document patient status, responding to changes in condition swiftly Coordinate with healthcare professionals across disciplines for holistic patient care Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all patients
