Shift & Scheduling:

Roughly 8a-430p, but depending on census there may be flexibility to start and end times.

Weekend/Holiday:

Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation- weekend coverage could change dependent on nursing pool for needed coverage

On-call:

every 3rd weekend with possibility of coverage increasing based on current nursing pool

Floating Requirements:

Travel Requirements:

5 visits per day on average could be up to 6 . It can vary depending on the territory, patient census, staff availability, etc. Could be maximum of 150 miles in a given day but not all days.
