Job Description

Full Time Monday through Friday between the hours of 6am to 6pm No weekends; no call Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. Current BLS certification; ACLS certification within one year of hire for Acute, ED and Cardiopulmonary Departments. We are looking to fill a key position as a
REGISTERED NURSE
in our Operating Room. The OR Registered Nurse will provide patient care before, during and after surgical procedures. Prepares patient for surgery, monitors vitals, and ensures surgical site is sterile. Counts surgical instruments and provides other assistance in the operating room as required by the surgeon. Changes dressings, administers medication, and monitors patient for signs of complications. May provide instructions on patient care to family members or caregivers, upon discharge. RN license required, Bachelor's degree preferred and one year experience. When your shift ends, four seasons of recreation is right outside your door!
