Mostly remote. Critical impact. Join a compassionate team dedicated to providing comfort, support, and responsive end-of-life care when patients and families need it most. The After Hours On-Call Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing support, symptom management, and crisis intervention to hospice patients receiving care in home and facility settings during evenings, weekends, and after-hours coverage while collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, quality care. (Homecare Homebase) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Hospice field experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred Field Role Requirements Active driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy Current CPR certification as required for the role
