Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in Michigan or compact state status Minimum of 1 year nursing experience with focus on Telemetry Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and technology
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for multiple patients Implement care plans based on physician direction and patient response Administer medications and perform necessary interventions Document patient status and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families regarding care protocols and post-discharge needs
