May include care for community-based Palliative and Hospice appropriate patients in the continuum of care. Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or patient population specific (i.e.: geriatrics, pediatric, etc.) nursing.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

Associates degree, preferred Registered Nurse license required in state(s) practicing Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
