What You'll Do:
Collaborate with physicians to implement patient care plans for OB/GYN patients Provide bedside care and execute medical orders accurately Supervise and delegate tasks to Nurse Assistants, Patient Care Associates, and other support staff Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and adjust as needed Assist with patient education and discharge planning Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately
What You Need:
Valid RN license in Michigan Minimum of 2 years' experience in OB/GYN or Women's Health nursing Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills About the
