Role:

Field-based position seeing home health and hospice patients Manage your own daily patient visit schedule Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting Supported by an experienced and collaborative clinical team Meaningful one-on-one patient care

Requirements:

Active RN license in Michigan (or ability to obtain) At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Pay:

$38.00 - $48.00 per hour
