We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. In this role, you will support individuals receiving mental health services by providing nursing care, medication education, and care coordination both in the clinic and within the community . The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and committed to supporting recovery and improving the quality of life for the individuals we serve. Responsibilities Conduct health assessments for consumers Provide medication administration and medication education Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary treatment team Complete consumer visits and maintain a primary caseload as assigned Perform blood draws and AIMS assessments Provide medication training and education to team members Deliver services on-site, in the community, or at other locations requested by the consumer Maintain accurate clinical documentation Foster an environment of acceptance, empathy, and hope , while promoting recovery and overall wellness Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited nursing program Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Licensure Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan License must remain valid and in good standing Experience Experience working with mental health or dual diagnosis populations preferred Community mental health experience preferred
